​Through the Staff Portal, policy owners access a role-based document library for document drafting, collaboration, reviews, and approvals.  Governance is set to segment documents between departments. Once a document is published the policy owner can set up the automated acknowledgment process through email, targeted at employee groups to which the policy applies, and track responses.
 
After initial publishing and acknowledgments, SP Policy Manager also automatically sends reminders to Policy Owners for renewal and expiration.  Policy staff can report on Policy Acknowledgments status via list views (reports) and through Power BI Dashboards.
