Our Full Start Deployment Service is included with SP Workplace Products and goes beyond the Quick Start setup. This service guides your team through a complete rollout of your SP Marketplace Application.

Whether you’re new to SharePoint business applications or already familiar with it, this service is designed to help. Session's total ~10 hours over 4-5 week
The Service includes:
  1. Basic SharePoint Admin Training & Best Practices Training - Intranet Portal Structure, Intranet Home Page Design, Content Overview, Organizing Docs
  2. Basic Portal Structure - Design basic department, group, division portal structure
  3. Workshop 1: Introduction - Setup and Configuration of your Intranet Home Page - Look and feel, content, and navigation
  4. Workshop 2: Content and Content Management Training - News, announcements, events, etc.
  5. Workshop 3: Setting up Employee Self-Service - Doc Central, Process Central, Help Central
  6. Workshop 4: Setup and Configuration of a Department Portal - Staff Portal, Employee Portal, integrate across structure
  7. Workshop 5: Q&A Session - Review training topics and answer related product questions
  8. Guidance: How to roll-out the Intranet to your organization

  6. Workshop 2: Sales Cycle Functions - Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Docs etc.
  7. Workshop 3: Sales Management - Pipeline Reporting, Forecasts, Dashboard

​SP Policy Manager & Contract Tracker Full Start

Session's total ~8 hours over 4 week
The Service includes:
  1. Basic SharePoint Admin Training - Working with lists, documents, pages
  2. Product Setup and Configuration - Security, reference lists, drop downs, etc.
  3. Training: Staff Portal, Employee Portal Walkthrough including Content Management, News, Events, etc.
  4. Workshop 1: Policy/Contract Management Setup - Create policy/contract groups, policy/contract library, and upload policies/contracts.
  5. Workshop 2: Employee Management Setup- Employee Records, list views, adding to policy/contract groups.
  6. Workshop 3: Review Workshop 1 & 2, Q&A - Review of previous sessions to answer questions, make updates.
  7. Workshop 4: Policy Approval Process - Walk through policy approval process using actual policy.
  8. Workshop 5: Policy Acknowledgement Process (SP Policy Manager only) - Walkthrough policy acknowledgement process using actual policies, policy groups and employees.
  9. Workshop 6:End User Training  -Train end-users as needed (if requested)​
  10. Workshop 7:Q&A Session - Review training topics, make changes/updates, and answer related product questions. 
  11. Guidance: How to roll-out the solution to your organization​ ​(if requested)
