In summer 2025, we aim to bring Sales Leads directly into CRM Core from an external webform, and integrate emails right from Microsoft Outlook (thick client) into the heart of every lead, qualified lead, opportunity and Account Management record. Once Webform and Outlook integration is complete, we aim to deliver new add-ons that add even more value to sales and customer management.

During early 2026 we aim to bring auto-provisioning, which will cut the time (and cost) to deploy SP CRM Core Small Business Edition but at the monument, we are still required to manually provision using PnP.
