Subscription includes annual support and maintenance
Pricing is based on an annual subscription model with the first year price listed above and subsequent years priced at 25% of the current first year published price.
The subscription price listed is for a single instance use of the operational portal - one site. Additional instances require additional licenses.
*If screen sharing is required during installation, add $125 per module to the published quick start price.
Payment is required before we are able to send or install software. The following payment methods are accepted
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Direct bank transfer
- Check (must clear before software is delivered or installed.) We will accept PO as payment only in approved cases.
Recurring annual subscriptions will be invoiced 60 days before your current subscription expires. You may set up automatic annual payments by credit card or Paypal.

Our goal is for you to have a successful implementation at your business. We will do everything to ensure a successful deployment. In the case that that this does not happen, we have the following policy:
Operational portals may be returned up to 30 days after the purchase for the following reasons:
1. The features and functions do not operate as presented on the website www.spmarketplace.com
2. The operational portal does not support or run satisfactorily on the customer's SharePoint server or hosted site
In cases of returns, SP Marketplace will work with the client to resolve the reason for the return before refunding the purchase price. This return policy only applies to operational portal licenses and not to services.
Self-service support through our support page is available at all times. Phone and email support except in the case of emergencies is available 7AM - 7PM PST. Support is defined specifically for questions and bugs related to the operational portals as delivered. It is not for customizations, general SharePoint questions, or other hardware or software questions. For customization or business process consulting assistance, please purchase service hours.
SERVICE HOUR EXPIRATION
Quick Start services or Customization services not used within 90 days of purchased are forfeited.
