The pre-recorded demonstration videos listed below are all related to SP CRM Core v16, however there are video  demonstrations of older versions published on our YouTube channel. CRM Core and CRM Core Small Business Edition are also the same product. There are no functional differences. CRM Core Small Business Edition is  licensed differently to reflect the contractual needs of micro businesses.
