SP IT Help Desk is currently on version 15.9. All videos below relate to SP IT v15.9 only. The main upgrade in v15.9 is DFFS (Dynamic Forms for SharePoint) Modern. As a result, we can easily upgrade clients who are currently using SP IT v15.x to 15.9. However, as always: this needs to be in a consultative way, to protect y customizations.
